In addition, our carriers have been safety tested against recognised international carrier standards, including the US ASTM F2236 and the EU EN 13209-2. These tests cover critical areas such as buckle strength, fabric durability, weight-bearing capacity, and overall construction.

Is my toddler secure in the carrier?

Our carrier is designed with reinforced stitching, strong buckles, and adjustable straps to ensure your child stays safely in place. Our design has been tested to meet child safety load standards however there are currently no safety standards within New Zealand for baby carriers, therefore we follow the US/EU safety standards.

Can my toddler breathe easily while being carried?

The Toddler Tote positions your child so their face is always clear and visible. The open design ensures unobstructed airflow and prevents any risk of suffocation when used as per the product specifications.

Is the carrier suitable for my child’s age and size?

Toddler Tote is recommended for children 9 months and over, who can sit independently and have stable head and neck control. The weight limit is up to 20kg or 44lbs, and straps can be adjusted for comfort as your child grows.

What if the carrier breaks while I’m using it?

Each Toddler Tote undergoes strength and durability testing before production. We only use high-quality fabrics, buckles, and hardware designed to withstand toddler use. Plus, we back our carriers with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.

Is the fabric safe for my toddler’s skin?

We use non-toxic, baby-safe fabrics that are gentle on skin and free from harmful chemicals. All materials meetOEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification.

How do I know I’m using it correctly?

Each Toddler Tote comes with a detailed instruction guide and easy-to-follow safety labels. We also provide video tutorials on safe use, fitting, and adjustments so you can feel confident every time you wear it.
