Toddler Tote

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • New Zealand Standard Shipping: from $8, delivery in 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to follow your order until it arrives.

Shipping Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Toddler Tote is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

  • Toddler Tote is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your Toddler Tote arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
