Our Promise
We want you and your little one to love your Toddler Tote! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You can return your Toddler Tote within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different colour or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Toddler Tote arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and description of fault.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
